Photo Consent Policy
The consent required before customer or job photographs are taken or used.
Consent is required
Q&M must obtain the customer's consent before taking a photograph and before using a photograph. Consent for taking a photo does not by itself authorize a different use that was not explained to the customer.
Service records
When consent is given for service documentation, photos may be kept as private records connected to the customer's request, booking, or job. Access is limited to authorized operations users through the private system.
Customer uploads
Photo upload is optional. A customer should upload only photos they are authorized to provide and should avoid including unrelated people or private information that is not needed to describe the work.
Additional uses
No marketing, advertising, public posting, or other additional photo use is authorized by this policy. Any such use requires specific customer consent and owner approval before it occurs.
