Terms for using the website, requesting service, and submitting a booking deposit.
Business and service area
Q&M Handyman and Construction Service provides the services shown on this website in Los Angeles. A website submission does not expand the confirmed service area or create terms that have not been approved by the owner.
Prices and quotes
Fixed-price services display the current service total. Services marked "Starting at" require a quote and a confirmed total before booking or payment. No unstated fee, warranty, license, or guarantee is created by these Terms.
Bookings and Zelle verification
A selected appointment remains provisional until the required Zelle deposit is received, independently verified by an authorized administrator, and the booking is confirmed. Declaring that a transfer was sent is not proof of payment.
Deposit, cancellation, and attendance
The deposit is applied to the service total. It is non-refundable when the customer cancels. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. The appointment has a maximum 10-minute arrival tolerance; if the customer is unavailable after 10 minutes, the appointment is a no-show and the deposit is forfeited.
Photos
Q&M must obtain the customer's consent before taking or using photographs. The separate Photo Consent Policy describes the approved rule in more detail.
